Spank The Bank is intended to be a fun demonstration. A way to show the mortgage companies and other lending institutions that we are fed up. A way to show the people that if we join together we can make a difference. Let them all know that they need us more than we need them. They can't take back all of or homes nor do they want them. What should happen is what was promised to us. That's to fix our housing  problems. Help us stay in our homes renegotiate our bad loans and our good loans that are quickly becoming bad. 
 We let them slide when we caught them double selling our mortgages & falsely inflating housing markets. So they could steal more money from us. We've witnessed the fall out from the bad loans they approved for under qualified buyers. So they could steal more money from us.We've watched them destroy qualified well deserving families by creating the balloon note! So they could steal more money from us. We all watched on the edge of our seats in horror when they all went broke so fast. What happened to all of our money? Where did it all go? Then we find out that they stole it from us on the way out the door. Lucky for us we have our Government that rushed to our rescue. They saw fit to take more of our money and give it right back to the same thieves that broke us to begin with. Well we all know what they did with the money.They figured away to steal it. They paid off all of their good accounts first. You know the ones held by customers that's never missed a payment or the ones with plenty of equity. Then they go in and write off huge loses on our decreased property values.What a perfect way to hold on to more of our money. Who's left holding the bag? The same people that always is. THE MIDDLE CLASS.
      Where is all the help that we have been promised? It's becoming quite apparent that was just another lie. Has anyone called your mortgage company and asked for help? Maybe you've lost your job or have taken a cut in pay.Your unable to make ends meet you need a lower payment or a better rate before you start to fall behind. What a kick in the teeth to find out they are unable to help you or talk with you about your situation because your current on your mortgage. If you have good credit and are on time oh well. We have to ruin our credit before we get help? How stupid is that?
  Could enough people play this game to make them re think there plan. What if we all held a payment or two in protest.What if we all held our payments until they started to use our tax money for what it was intended to be used for. To help us stay in our homes. Not to run us out so they can be bought up by some slum lord to be used for rental property.We could make this a reality really quick. Enough is enough we're tired and we are not amused.
